Inspirant-nos amb la proposta del Test de Bechdel que ja el 1985 plantejava un conjunt de normes per a avaluar el masclisme i la representació de les dones en pel·lícules, obres de teatre, literatura… hem volgut suggerir 4 criteris per avaluar si una producció audiovisual representa la sexualitat de manera una mica més diversa del que estem sempre acostumades a veure: relacions heterosexuals que giren al voltant de la penetració i cossos normatius.

(…) Está tan extremadamente modelado como debe ser una relación sexual que en muchos casos pasa por delante ceñirse al protocolo establecido: besos – tocamientos – penetración – orgasmo – fin, que buscar la forma de gozar y pasarlo bien mutuamente. Y al final el sexo, sobre todo heterosexual, parecen más un acto narcisista que una relación.

Proposem! Ressignificar el concepte “follar” perquè el plaer de ningú quedi fora. Que follar sigui un joc d’exploració i descobriment dels cossos, un espai on compartir plaer sexual, siguin quines siguin les pràctiques. No hi ha una manera de follar bé, perquè cada cos i cada moment és diferent. Fugir dels protocols en el sexe és permetre’s jugar, combinar estimulacions, provar i equivocar-se. El més important és partir de l’escolta al cos, dels desitjos i sensacions de plaer que sorgeixen i poder comunicar-ho lliurement. És escoltar el propi cos, però també el de les altres persones.

Proposem! Democratitzar les pràctiques sexuals, això implica descentralitzar la penetració penis-vagina i entendre el plaer des de l’exploració, el joc i el descobriment dels cossos, fugint de protocols que defineixen què vol dir tenir una relació sexual “completa”. Proposem ampliar l’imaginari de pràctiques sexuals i entendre-les sense jerarquies. Que tot el cos sigui un territori de plaer, trencant tabús i estigmes pel que fa al plaer obtingut a través de parts del cos socialment menys sexualitzades per explorar el gaudi més enllà dels genitals.

Proposem! Incloure la comunicació en el sexe com a ingredient imprescindible per construir relacions sexoafectives sanes, espais còmodes i segurs on poder connectar amb el propi desig, passar-nos-ho bé i no traspassar límits propis ni de la resta.
Trenquem amb la idea que el silenci en el sexe és quelcom romàntic i desitjat, que constata la bona connexió entre les participants.
